Additionally, the water filter housing is designed with a pressure relief button (red button), which simplifies the replacement of the filter cartridge after the pressure has been released. [EASY INSTALLATION]

The SimPure CTO carbon block filters are manufactured using the highest grade of activated coconut shell carbon, boasting exceptional iodine adsorption properties. The activated carbon is wrapped in a dense, food-grade, non-shedding PP fabric, effectively preventing carbon fines from entering the filtered water, ensuring a safe and reliable filtration process. [SAFE and RELIABLE]

The dense 5-micron PP filtration of the filter captures particulates sized 5 microns or larger, removing sediment from the water, including rust, silt, sand, iron, and other undissolved particulates. [DUAL-FILTER]

Depending on usage and local water quality conditions, the filter life expectancy can reach up to 6 months or 10,000-15,000 gallons. It is recommended to flush/rinse the carbon cartridge for at least 5 gallons before using the water. [LONG LIFE]
