It can remove up to 98% of contaminants (minimum 96% rejection) such as heavy metals (fluoride, calcium, magnesium, lead, chromium, nitrates), colloids, and over 1000 other pollutants.
UNIVERSAL STANDARD SIZE: Hidrotek's supreme quality water filters are industry standard size (11.75" length, 1.75" diameter), fitting most residential RO systems and housing. They are NSF/ANSI Standard 58 certified.

INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Do not freeze the membrane. 2. Flush new membrane for 30 minutes to remove protective material, allowing TDS to reach proper levels. 3. For chlorinated water, use a Carbon/Sediment Pre-Filter, as residual chlorine can damage the membrane. 4. For high hardness water, install a water softener before the RO unit.
