Automatic Shut Off Valve for RO Water Filter System
The automatic shut-off valve is made of food-grade POM material, ensuring safe and hygienic use without any harmful substances. Its interface specifications are 1/4 inch/6.4 mm, and its size is 2.99 x 1.69 inch/76 x 43 mm. The working pressure range is 0-30 kg, and the working temperature range is 5-60°C.
The package includes 1 × Automatic Shut-off Valve. Please note that there may be a 1-3 mm error due to manual measurement, and slight color differences may occur due to different monitors.
The automatic shut-off valve works on the principle of using the pressure difference generated by water in two different passages to complete the function of blocking the water flow. Raw water enters from the IN port, and the OUT port enters the RO membrane shell. The pure water outlet of the membrane shell is connected to the upper port of the IN port.
When the pressure generated by the water flow in one passage is greater than or equal to 65% of the pressure of the water flow in the other channel, the water inlet end will be blocked. This automatic feature ensures the safety and efficiency of the reverse osmosis water system.
The 4-way automatic shut-off valve with quick connect fittings is suitable for most reverse osmosis water systems, making it a versatile and convenient solution for water purification applications.
